Privacy policy

CRO Auditor by BrandRevUp is operated by Exclusiva Inc, 714 Hertford Dr, Hatfield, PA 19440 (“we”). This policy covers the website at https://croauditor.com and the CRO Auditor by BrandRevUp Shopify app.
What we collect
- Your contact details: name and email you enter, and your AppSumo license key or Stripe checkout reference.
- Business context: the monthly revenue band and main challenge you select.
- Product page data: the public content of the product page you submit (title, description, images, prices, page HTML). In the Shopify app we read product data through Shopify’s API with the read_products permission only.
- Shopify store details (app users): shop domain, shop name, and the store owner’s email from Shopify, plus a Shopify access token to read products.
We do not access or store your customers’ personal data, orders, or payment information.
How we use it
- To generate and deliver your report, and your re-audit.
- To email you your report and a short follow-up series about implementing it (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To recommend relevant Exclusiva services, including booking a strategy call.
Who we share it with
- Anthropic (Claude), which processes product page content to write the report.
- GoHighLevel, our CRM and email platform.
- Render, our hosting provider. AppSumo, Stripe and Shopify process purchases under their own policies.
We do not sell your data.
Retention and deletion
Reports are kept so you can return to them. Email jamil@exclusivainc.com to have your data deleted. For the Shopify app, uninstalling the app removes our access token, and Shopify’s shop redaction request deletes your reports and store details within 48 hours.
