These terms govern your use of CRO Auditor by BrandRevUp, provided by Exclusiva Inc, 714 Hertford Dr, Hatfield, PA 19440.
Each report analyzes one Shopify product page and provides recommendations, draft copy and plans. Reports are produced with automated analysis and AI, then delivered as-is. They are recommendations, not guarantees of any result. You are responsible for reviewing all copy and claims before publishing, including compliance with FTC, FDA and platform advertising rules for your products.
Report credits come with your AppSumo tier, your direct purchase, or a one-time Shopify app charge. Credits are used when a report is generated. Each report includes one free re-audit of the same page within 60 days. AppSumo purchases follow AppSumo’s refund policy. Shopify app charges are billed by Shopify.
Only submit product pages you own or are authorized to analyze. Don’t attempt to abuse, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
You own the copy written for you in your report. The 304-point framework, the DBP method and the software remain the property of Exclusiva Inc.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the report concerned.
